1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 96vin ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content offered through the 96vin platform, including the website, mobile app, and any other official channels operating under the 96vin brand.

3Account Registration and Management
